Building Manager will be responsible for the oversee of maintenance and commercial operations which includes control of furniture, fixtures and equipment in their assigned buildings. Coordinates with APM to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and will provide short and long range property planning. Manage maintenance, security activities and ensure facilities meet the regulatory standards and codes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsFive (5) years of working Experience with Property Management or Building Management. And demonstrates knowledge of basic principles, concepts, standards, regulations and administration related to maintenance operations.
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management, Property Management or other related studies. Or Five (5) years experience in Property Management, Building Management or other related skills. Military Experience is a plus.
